UPPER MARLBORO, MD -- This evening, Congressman Steny H. Hoyer (MD-05) attended the Prince George's County Democratic Central Committee's annual Ploughman and Fisherman Dinner with Senator Ben Cardin (D-MD), Attorney General Brian Frosh, Comptroller Peter Franchot, Lt. Governor nominee Susie Turnbull, Prince George's County Executive Rushern Baker, and Prince George's County State's Attorney Angela Alsobrooks.
"I enjoyed joining Democrats in Prince George's County this evening to discuss the importance of next month's election," said Congressman Hoyer. "Democrats in Maryland and across the nation are fired up and ready to work hard to secure the Democratic victory our country so desperately needs. It's up to all of us to make sure that Democrats in Prince George's County and across the state turn out and vote for Democrats up and down the ballot in November. I join in thanking the Prince George's County Democratic Central Committee for the important work they are doing to energize voters."
